Made by Hollick since 1992, it continues its reputation as a wine for every celebratory occasion. The 2021 vintage in Coonawarra was high cropping of great quality fruit. Vibrant colour in red wines are a stand out for this vintage. The fruit for the 2021 Sparkling Merlot was carefully selected ensuring quality. Primary fermentation was conducted onsite in stainless steel.
